Aquinas Institute of Theology is a Catholic graduate school of theology in the United States. It is located in the city of St. Louis, Missouri, and is a member school of the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities. The school offers both a Master of Arts in Theology and a Master of Divinity degree, as well as a Ph.D. in Theology.

Aquinas Institute of Theology was founded in 1887 by the Dominicans of the Province of St. Louis. The school was originally located in the city of Hannibal, Missouri, but moved to its current location in the city of St. Louis in 1889. Aquinas Institute of Theology is one of the oldest Catholic graduate schools of theology in the United States.
