Yeshiva Yesodei Hatorah is a private Orthodox Jewish day school for boys in grades 6-12, located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, New York. The school was founded in 1971 by Rabbi Dovid Leibowitz, a student of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn, the sixth Rebbe of Chabad-Lubavitch, and Rabbi Yisroel Meir Kagan, the "Chofetz Chaim".

The school's curriculum focuses on Jewish studies, and all students take classes in Talmud, Mishnah, halakha, Chumash, and Jewish history. In addition, the school offers a wide range of secular studies, including English, mathematics, science, and social studies.

Yeshiva Yesodei Hatorah is accredited by the New York State Association of Independent Schools and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools. The school is also a member of the Yeshiva University High School Association.
