Wesley Biblical Seminary (WBS) is a seminary of the Wesleyan Church located in Jackson, Mississippi. It is an accredited institution of higher learning that offers graduate-level programs leading to the degrees of Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Biblical Studies, and Doctor of Ministry. The seminary's mission is to develop Christian leaders who think biblically, minister faithfully, and live victoriously.

WBS was founded in 1966 as a direct result of the merger of two predecessor institutions, Wesley College and Jackson Theological Seminary. Wesley College, which was affiliated with the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, was founded in 1842. Jackson Theological Seminary, which was affiliated with the Methodist Episcopal Church, was founded in 1871. The merger of these two institutions created a seminary that was uniquely positioned to serve the needs of the entire Wesleyan Church.

The seminary's academic programs are designed to equip students for ministry in the local church, parachurch organizations, and other settings. The curriculum emphasizes the development of biblically sound preaching, teaching, and leadership skills. In addition to the academic programs, the seminary offers a variety of non-degree programs and continuing education opportunities.

WBS is accredited by the Commission on Accrediting of the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada. The seminary is also a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
