Valencia College was founded in 1967 as Valencia Community College, and was later renamed Valencia College in 1971. The college is named after the city of Valencia, Spain. Valencia College is the largest member of the Florida College System, with an enrollment of over 60,000 students. The college offers associate's degrees, bachelor's degrees, and certificate programs in a variety of fields, including business, healthcare, hospitality, and engineering. Valencia College also has a campus in Osceola County, Florida.
