Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center-El Paso (TTUHSC-El Paso) is a public university in El Paso, Texas. It is part of the Texas Tech University System. The university offers degrees in medicine, nursing, and health sciences.

The university was established in 1969 as the Texas Tech University Regional Medical School. The school became a part of the Texas Tech University System in 1973. In 1999, the school changed its name to the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center-El Paso.
