School of Visual Arts (SVA) is a for-profit art and design college in New York City. Founded in 1947, it is a four-year institution with the main campus located in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Lower Manhattan in New York City, and an extension campus in Brooklyn.

The school is a member of the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). SVA offers Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degrees in 14 different artistic majors, as well as Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degrees in 23 different programs.
