Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Lehigh Valley (PSU-LV) is a four-year public university located in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. It is one of twenty-four campuses of the Pennsylvania State University System. The campus is situated on 175 acres (0.71 km2) of rolling hills in Upper Saucon Township, in the Lehigh Valley region of the state. The campus is about an hour drive from both Philadelphia and New York City.

PSU-LV offers bachelor's degrees in business, engineering, information sciences and technology, and liberal arts. The campus is home to approximately 1,200 students, most of whom are Pennsylvania residents. The student-to-faculty ratio is 18-to-1, and the average class size is 20 students.

The campus is served by the Lehigh Valley Transit Authority (LVTA), which provides bus service to and from the campus. There is also a shuttle service that runs between the campus and the nearby Lehigh Valley International Airport (LVIA).

PSU-LV is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The campus is a member of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) and the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU).

The campus was established in 1998, and the first classes were held in 1999. The campus has grown steadily since then, and now offers a variety of programs and services to its students.

The campus is home to the Lehigh Valley Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which provides counseling and training to small businesses in the region. The campus also houses the Lehigh Valley Center for Economic Development (LVCED), which provides research and analysis on economic development issues in the region.
