Pacifica Graduate Institute is a private, accredited graduate school offering master's and doctoral degrees in the fields of depth psychology and mythological studies. The school is located in Santa Barbara, California, United States, on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Founded in 1974, Pacifica was the first accredited institution in the United States to offer a doctoral degree in depth psychology, and is one of only a handful of accredited institutions worldwide to offer such programs. Pacifica's programs are based on the work of Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, and the school's founders were inspired by Jung's belief that the psyche is best understood not only through traditional psychology, but also through the study of world religions, mythology, and the arts.

Pacifica's programs are designed to help students understand the human psyche at its deepest level, and to use that understanding to improve their lives and the lives of those around them. The school's faculty is made up of leading scholars in the field of depth psychology, and its students come from all over the world.

Pacifica's campus is located on 50 acres of land in the Santa Ynez Mountains, and includes a number of buildings and gardens. The school's main campus is located in the city of Santa Barbara, about 90 miles (140 km) northwest of Los Angeles.
