Founded in 1909, Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) an independent college of art and design in Portland, Oregon, United States. PNCA is Oregon's oldest and only non-profit college of art and design, and one of the nation's oldest accredited independent colleges of art.

PNCA offers Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degrees in a variety of disciplines, as well as undergraduate and graduate certificates. PNCA also provides continuing education for working artists and educators through its low-residency MFA program, PNCA at Lewis & Clark College, and a variety of community art classes and workshops.

PNCA's campus is located in the Pearl District of downtown Portland. The college occupies the historic North Park Blocks, a city block of parks and tree-lined streets. PNCA also operates an art gallery, the Arlene and Harold Schnitzer Center for Art and Design, which is open to the public and features rotating exhibitions of contemporary art.

PNCA is accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges and the National Association of Schools of Art and Design.
