Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU) is a public university in Goodwell, Oklahoma. It is the only public university in the Oklahoma Panhandle. OPSU is a member of the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education. The university offers bachelor's degrees in agriculture, business, education, liberal arts, and sciences. OPSU is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

The university was established in 1909 as Oklahoma Panhandle Agricultural and Mechanical College. It was originally part of the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges system. In 1974, the college became a four-year institution and was renamed Oklahoma Panhandle State University. The university has an enrollment of approximately 1,500 students.

OPSU offers a variety of academic programs. The university's agricultural program is one of the largest in the state. The business program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. The education program is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. The liberal arts program offers degrees in English, history, and psychology. The sciences program offers degrees in biology, chemistry, and physics.

OPSU athletics compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The university is a member of the Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC). The university's mascot is the Aggie, and the school colors are green and gold.

The university has a variety of student organizations, including fraternities and sororities, academic clubs and organizations, and service organizations. The university also has a marching band, a pep band, and an orchestra.

OPSU is governed by a nine-member Board of Regents. The university's president is Dr. Tim Faltyn.
