Ohio University-Lancaster Campus is a two-year regional campus of Ohio University located in Lancaster, Ohio, United States. The campus is located approximately 35 miles southeast of Columbus. The campus offers associate's degrees and bachelor's degrees in a variety of majors.

The campus opened in 1959 as the Fairfield County branch of Ohio University. The campus moved to its current location in Lancaster in 1965. The campus has undergone a number of expansion and renovations over the years. The most recent expansion was completed in 2010.

The campus is home to a number of academic and administrative buildings, including the Brasee Hall classroom building, the Ohio University-Lancaster Library, and the Student Union. The campus also has a number of athletic facilities, including a gymnasium, a track, and tennis courts.

Ohio University-Lancaster Campus enrolls approximately 1,700 students. The campus is served by a number of bus routes operated by the Central Ohio Transit Authority.
