North Central State College (NCSC) is a public community college in Mansfield, Ohio. It is part of the Ohio Department of Higher Education. The college was established in 1961 and its main campus is located on a 200-acre (81 ha) site. NCSC offers associate's degrees and certificate programs in over 50 areas of study. The college has an enrollment of over 6,000 students and a faculty of over 300. NCSC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

NCSC was founded in 1961 as the North Central Technical Institute. The institute was created in response to the need for skilled workers in the growing industrial and manufacturing economy of north central Ohio. The institute offered two-year technical programs in a variety of fields. In 1963, the name was changed to North Central State College to reflect the expanded mission of the college. In 1965, the college moved to its current 200-acre (81 ha) campus.

NCSC offers associate's degrees and certificate programs in over 50 areas of study. The college has an enrollment of over 6,000 students and a faculty of over 300. NCSC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

NCSC is a member of the Ohio Association of Community Colleges and the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The college is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees, eight of whom are appointed by the Governor of Ohio. The ninth member is the student trustee, who is elected by the student body.

The college president is Dr. Dorey Diab. The college's mascot is the Norseman and the school colors are green and white.

NCSC offers a variety of student services, including academic advising, tutoring, career services, and disability services. The college also has a bookstore, a library, and a computer lab.

NCSC is located in Mansfield, Ohio, a city of approximately 50,000 people located in the north central part of the state. The college is within a two-hour drive of Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati.
