The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is a private medical school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is the largest medical school in the state of Wisconsin and one of the largest in the Midwest. Founded in 1893, MCW is one of the oldest medical schools in the country. The school is affiliated with Froedtert Hospital, the only academic medical center in Milwaukee.

The Medical College of Wisconsin is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and offers a four-year MD program, as well as PhD and MD/PhD programs. The school also offers a number of residency and fellowship programs.

The Medical College of Wisconsin is a research-intensive institution. In 2018, the school was ranked 35th in the nation for research by U.S. News & World Report. MCW faculty members are engaged in a wide range of research projects, from basic science to clinical and translational research. The school is home to several centers of excellence, including the Cancer Center, the Cardiovascular Center, and the Neuroscience Research Center.
