Medaille College is a private college in Buffalo, New York. It was founded in 1937 as a women's college by the Sisters of St. Joseph. The college became coeducational in 1971. Medaille offers bachelor's and master's degrees in a variety of fields.

Medaille's campus is located in the historic district of Buffalo's Elmwood Village. The college has four residence halls, which house approximately one-third of the college's students. Medaille also has a number of student organizations, including a chapter of the National Honor Society.

The college's athletics teams compete in the NCAA Division III. Medaille's men's and women's basketball teams both won the conference championship in the 2014-2015 season.

Medaille College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
