Life University is a private university in Marietta, Georgia, United States. It was founded in 1974 by chiropractor Sid E. Williams. The university offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in a variety of health-related fields, such as chiropractic, acupuncture, and Oriental medicine.

Life University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award degrees at the doctorate, masters, bachelors, and associate levels. The university is also accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education, the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and the Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation.

The university's sports teams are known as the Running Eagles and compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division II as a member of the Mid-South Conference. The university is also home to the Life Chiropractic College West, which is accredited by the same commission as the university.

Life University's main campus is located on 109 acres (44 ha) in Marietta, Georgia, about 20 miles (32 km) northwest of Atlanta. The campus includes several academic buildings, a library, a student center, a wellness center, and on-campus housing. The university also has a satellite campus in Atlanta, as well as an online division.

Life University was founded in 1974 by Sid E. Williams, a chiropractor. The university's first class consisted of just over 100 students. The university has grown steadily since then and now enrolls over 4,000 students.
