Kent State University at East Liverpool is a public research university located in East Liverpool, Ohio, United States. The university is part of the Kent State University system and offers bachelor's and master's degrees in a variety of disciplines. The university is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The university's athletic teams compete in the NCAA Division I Mid-American Conference.

The university was established in 1966 as a two-year branch campus of Kent State University. The campus was originally located in the city of Salem, Ohio, but moved to its current location in East Liverpool in 1968. The campus has undergone a number of expansions and renovations over the years, and now consists of five buildings. The university offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as a number of research and outreach initiatives.

The university is home to a number of notable alumni, including former NFL quarterback Bernie Kosar, former MLB player Jim Thome, and former NASA astronaut Jerry Ross.
