Gulf Coast State College (GCSC) is a public college in Panama City, Florida. It is part of the Florida College System and offers Associate and Bachelor's degrees. The college was established in 1957 as Gulf Coast Community College and became a state college in 2010. GCSC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

GCSC has an enrollment of over 6,000 students. The college offers over 60 programs of study. Associate degrees offered include Arts, Science, and Applied Science. Bachelor's degrees are offered in Business Administration, Education, and Nursing. The college also offers a certificate program in Early Childhood Education.

GCSC is located on a 500-acre campus in Panama City. The campus includes six buildings, a library, a gymnasium, a student center, and a performing arts center. GCSC also has a campus in Tyndall Air Force Base.

GCSC is a member of the Florida Consortium of Metropolitan Community Colleges. The college is also a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and competes in Region 8. GCSC's athletic teams include men's and women's basketball, baseball, and softball.
