Ecumenical Theological Seminary (ETS) is a private, non-profit institution of higher learning located in Detroit, Michigan. ETS is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada (ATS). ETS offers Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Master of Arts in Religion (M.A.R.), and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degrees. The seminary also offers a Certificate in Theological Studies (CTS) for those who wish to take a few courses but not pursue a degree.

ETS was founded in 1966 by a group of ecumenically-minded clergy and laypeople who were committed to providing quality theological education that was accessible to everyone, regardless of their denominational affiliation. ETS is one of the few seminaries in the country that is truly ecumenical, with students and faculty coming from a variety of Christian traditions.
