California Western School of Law is a private, non-profit law school in San Diego, California. The school is accredited by the American Bar Association and is a member of the Association of American Law Schools. The school offers a three-year Juris Doctor program and a four-year evening and weekend Juris Doctor program. The school also offers a Master of Laws program and a Doctor of Juridical Science program. The school's faculty includes over 50 full-time and over 100 adjunct professors. The school's student body consists of over 700 students.

California Western School of Law was founded in 1965 as the San Diego College of Law. The school was founded with the goal of providing an affordable and accessible legal education to the people of San Diego. The school was originally located in the Gaslamp Quarter of downtown San Diego. In 1972, the school moved to its current location in the University Heights neighborhood. In 1975, the school was renamed California Western School of Law.

The school offers a variety of clinical programs, which give students the opportunity to gain real-world experience while earning course credit. The school's clinical programs include the Child Advocacy Clinic, the Consumer Advocacy Clinic, the Criminal Defense Clinic, the Elder Law Clinic, the Immigration Clinic, the Mediation Clinic, the Pro Bono Bankruptcy Clinic, the Pro Bono Immigration Clinic, the Small Business Clinic, and the Veterans Legal Clinic.

The school is committed to public service and offers a variety of public interest programs. The school's public interest programs include the California Innocence Project, the Center for Public Interest Law, the Environmental Law Society, the Immigration Law Society, the Public Interest Law Foundation, and the Student Bar Association.

The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities and organizations. The school's extracurricular activities and organizations include the American Constitution Society, the Federalist Society, the International Law Society, the Latino Law Student Association, the Outlaw Rugby Football Club, and the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.
