California College San Diego-CollegeAmerica-Phoenix (CCSD-CA-P) is a for-profit college located in Phoenix, Arizona. The college is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). CCSD-CA-P offers associate's and bachelor's degrees in business, healthcare, and information technology.

CCSD-CA-P was founded in 2001 by Dr. Richard Rubenstein. The college is a subsidiary of Career Education Corporation (CEC), a for-profit education company. CCSD-CA-P is one of several campuses operated by CEC in the United States.

CCSD-CA-P offers small class sizes and hands-on training. The college has an externship program that allows students to gain real-world experience in their field of study. CCSD-CA-P also offers online programs for students who cannot attend classes on campus.

CCSD-CA-P has experienced financial difficulties in recent years. In 2016, CEC announced that it was exploring the sale of the college. However, no buyers were found and CEC continued to operate CCSD-CA-P.

CCSD-CA-P has been the subject of several lawsuits. In 2014, the U.S. Department of Education fined the college $30 million for allegedly misrepresenting job placement data. In 2015, a former student filed a class-action lawsuit against the college, alleging that she was misled about the cost of her education and the job prospects after graduation.

Despite its financial difficulties, CCSD-CA-P continues to operate and offer quality education and training to its students.
