Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) is a health sciences university in Houston, Texas. BCM is one of the largest medical schools in the United States by enrollment. The college is part of Baylor University, a private Baptist university. BCM offers a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in various biomedical sciences, a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS), a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation (MSCI), and other graduate programs.

The college is affiliated with Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center, the flagship hospital of the Baylor Scott & White Health system. Other major teaching hospitals affiliated with BCM include Harris Health System, CHI St. Luke's Health, and Texas Children's Hospital. BCM also operates many research institutes, such as the Alkek Center for Metabolic and Obesity Research, the Dan L. Duncan Cancer Center, and the Texas Heart Institute.

BCM was founded in 1900 as a private medical college affiliated with Baylor University. The college was originally located at the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. In 1969, BCM moved to Houston, where it has remained since. The college has grown significantly in size and reputation in the intervening years and is now considered one of the leading medical schools in the United States.

Baylor College of Medicine is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Master of Science (MS), and Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS) degrees.
