The Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary (BMATS) is a private, non-profit institution of higher education affiliated with the Baptist Missionary Association of America. The seminary's primary campus is located in Jacksonville, Texas, with an extension campus in New Orleans, Louisiana.

BMATS offers a Master of Divinity degree with concentrations in either Missions or Church Planting. The seminary also offers a Master of Arts in Christian Studies, a Master of Arts in Religion, and a Doctor of Ministry degree.

The seminary was founded in 1952 as the Baptist Missionary Training School. The school's name was changed to Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary in 1987.

BMATS is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada. The seminary is also a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
