Arizona State University-Downtown Phoenix (ASU-DP) is a public research university in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 1966 as the Downtown Phoenix campus of Arizona State University, ASU-DP is one of four campuses of the university. ASU-DP offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from the following colleges:

* College of Health Solutions

* College of Nursing and Health Innovation

* Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts

* Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication

* W. P. Carey School of Business

ASU-DP is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, adjacent to the Phoenix Convention Center and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops. The campus is also home to the ASU Art Museum, which houses a collection of over 5,000 works of art.

ASU-DP is a research-intensive university, with over $50 million in research expenditures in FY 2018. The university is home to several research centers and institutes, including the Center for Violence Prevention and Community Safety, the Center for Mindfulness, Compassion, and Resilience, and the Institute for Health Services Research.

The university enrolls over 4,000 students, who come from all 50 states and more than 100 countries. ASU-DP students have the opportunity to participate in many extracurricular activities, including over 100 student organizations, intramural sports, and Greek life.
