The Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM) is a four-year medical school located in Dothan, Alabama, United States. It is one of the thirty-six osteopathic medical schools in the country. ACOM is accredited by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) and offers the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.

The school was founded in 1977 as the Alabama School of Osteopathic Medicine and became a college in 2005. It is a private, non-profit institution and is a part of the Alabama State University System. The college has a rural campus and a student body of approximately 500.

The curriculum at ACOM is based on the premise that osteopathic medicine is a unique system of healthcare with a focus on the whole person. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for the practice of primary care medicine in a variety of settings.

In addition to the D.O. degree, ACOM offers a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (M.S.B.S.) degree. The M.S.B.S. degree is a two-year program that is designed for students who have completed a bachelor's degree and are interested in pursuing a career in the biomedical sciences.
