North Central Michigan College is a public community college in Petoskey, Michigan. The college was founded in 1951 as the Little Traverse Bay Branch of Ferris State College. The branch campus offered evening and weekend classes to residents of Emmet and Charlevoix counties. In 1962, the branch campus became a separate institution known as North Central Michigan College. The college moved to its current location in Petoskey in 1968.

NCMC offers over 50 academic programs of study. The most popular programs are in the fields of business, health sciences, and liberal arts. The college also offers a number of career and technical programs, including automotive technology, carpentry, and cosmetology.
